| Conrad Duroseau is a Canadian photojournalist and documentary photographer specialising in reportage. His current projects centre on conflict in the developing world, social activism and globalisation. His documentary work is often concerned with socio-economic and policy issues in developing countries as they relate to poverty, disease, social strife and the environment. Part of his work in the Caribbean nation of Haiti, was in support of the 1999 Nobel Peace Prize recipient Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders. Conrad is a part-time faculty member of the Journalism department at Concordia University and the Dawson Institute of Photography in Montreal. He is a graduate of McGill University and of the Dawson Institute of Photography. Conrad is a member of Alpha Press and of the National News Photographers Association (NPPA) subscribing to this organisation’s code of ethics. |
