Payment
 Payment is expected in full, and must be issued to "ASSISTANTS24H.COM INC." in the form of check, money order or through our new on-line payment service. Checks and money orders should be posted to the appropriate address above.

Page update: One free monthly website update per month (maximum seven pages), and $20 (USD) / $30 (CAD) per page for each subsequent monthly update (see "Terms and Conditions").
Payment must be recieved no later than two weeks following successful cmpletion, and submission of this form.

Agreement
You agree that all information and images provided may be displayed on the www.100portfolios.com website (except where noted) and will be freely accessible by all visitors.
ASSISTANTS24H.COM INC. (an affiliate of 100portfolios.com) will acknowledge receipt of your submission via e-mail, regular mail as soon as possible. If sending a CD by post, we will need to receive it within one week of your submission.
Please allow 3 business days from submission of this form to the launch of your 100portfolios.com website. We will respond with an email and the link(s) to your new website(s) upon its launch.

No third party banners or advertising of any kind are displayed on your 100portfolios.com website.
